Dear friends, dear authors, dear participants,

Our ICHVE 2022 is just less than two weeks away! To facilitate your nice presentations either with oral or with poster or even the both, we, your service team, are glad to set the Due Date on September 20th, 2022 for uploading your Oral presentations (suggest to use MS-PowerPoint to obtain your presentation videos) or your Poster presentations (suggest to attach an audio with your A0 sized poster image, i.e. 0.84 m × 1.19 m). Following the usual practice of IEEE, an accepted paper without oral or poster presentation will be considered as No Show, which will force the paper being removed from the conference proceedings without refund and being not possible to be included in IEEE Xplore.

Further Instructions for oral and poster presentations: 

1. An oral presentation is limited within 15 minutes, which includes 2~3 minutes for Q&A. Participants in China are invited to attend the on-site conference to present papers. International / remote attendees must upload a 12-minute video by September 20th, 2022.

2. ALL POSTERS ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE AND ARE OPEN TO REGISTED PARTICIPANTS. For poster presentations, the electronic poster is required for both domestic and international / remote attendees. A 3~5 minutes audio  should be uploaded to present the electronics poster by September 20th, 2022. International / remote attendees are invited to attend the online poster session. Participants in China are invited to attend the on-site poster sessions to present papers. We have poster board sized 1 m (width) × 1.45 m (height) at Poster Sessions.
